Job description: Can make timely and accurate judgments on quality problems, and cooperate with the production department to analyze the reasons and take effective countermeasures

Job Responsibilities:

1. Closely cooperate with the workshop and relevant departments to do inspection and testing work, and conduct inspection and testing in strict accordance with the inspection regulations;

2. Judging the quality of in-process products, and have the right to release in-process products that are qualified, and request to stop production if they are not qualified;

3. Responsible for filling in process inspection records, process unqualified items, process rework and repair records, and data statistics;

4. Supervise and guide the production workers to produce according to the drawings or samples, according to the standards, according to the process and according to the operating procedures;

5. Familiar with product assembly process and technical requirements, so that unqualified products do not flow into the next process until completion; 6. Be responsible for the identification and isolation of inspection status, and issue unqualified handling orders to report to the leader in time;

7. Be responsible for tracking the unqualified improvement measures in the production process, and deal with the quality problems found in the production process in time with the workshop and relevant departments.

job requirements:

1. College degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, automation and other related majors;

2. Have a certain degree of understanding of stamping, welding, painting and other processes;

3. Have strong learning ability and pressure resistance ability;

4. Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
